Why separate?
The traditional structure of brake, manual brake device is installed with brakes, play the role of the brake camshaft is not removed from the brake, only the brake handle can be removed. The brake handle is used when manual release is required when people are trapped in the elevator car.
However, if the manual opening device is not completely reset after used, there will be a safety hazard when the electromagnetic armature moves back and forth. The serious accident is elevator brake system failure!
Therefore, the most safety way is to separate the manual brake and the brake!
